Return Policy

     Returns are not allowed after delivery

     Sale, stitched, customized, used, altered, or damaged items cannot be returned

     Missing tags/packaging void eligibility


Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

     Wrong item delivered

     Wrong size

     Wrong color

     Verified quality issue

Conditions:

     Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

     Original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

     Exchange depends on stock availability

          Each item is eligible for exchange only once

Exchange Not Allowed

The following categories are not eligible for exchange:

     Discounted / sale / promotional items

     Items purchased during storewide sale campaigns

     Stitched or customized pieces

     Clearance collections

     Used, washed, altered, or damaged items

     Items with missing tags / packaging

     Accessories & intimate-wear items (if applicable)

Exchange Value Policy

     Exchange allowed only with products of equal or higher value

     Additional payment required for higher-value items

If requested size/design is unavailable:

     Refund will not be issued

     Customer must select alternative item of equal or higher value


Exchange Process (Bangladesh)

     Exchange can be requested online or at designated Sana Safinaz Bangladesh outlets

     Subject to stock availability

     No delivery charge for exchange shipment (inside Bangladesh)

     Exchange delivery timeline: 7 working days
