● Returns are not allowed after delivery
● Sale, stitched, customized, used, altered, or damaged items cannot be returned
● Missing tags/packaging void eligibility
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:
● Wrong item delivered
● Wrong size
● Wrong color
● Verified quality issue
Conditions:
● Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
● Original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
● Exchange depends on stock availability
● Each item is eligible for exchange only once
The following categories are not eligible for exchange:
● Discounted / sale / promotional items
● Items purchased during storewide sale campaigns
● Stitched or customized pieces
● Clearance collections
● Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
● Items with missing tags / packaging
● Accessories & intimate-wear items (if applicable)
● Exchange allowed only with products of equal or higher value
● Additional payment required for higher-value items
If requested size/design is unavailable:
● Refund will not be issued
● Customer must select alternative item of equal or higher value
● Exchange can be requested online or at designated Sana Safinaz Bangladesh outlets
● Subject to stock availability
● No delivery charge for exchange shipment (inside Bangladesh)
● Exchange delivery timeline: 7 working days
