Our delivery timeline may vary depending on location and seasonal order volume:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–4 working days
  • During campaign / festive periods: Up to 10 working days nationwide
  • Exchange delivery timeline: 15 working days

Shipping Process (Bangladesh)

  • All domestic deliveries are handled through trusted third-party courier partners.
  • Customers receive an SMS or phone call before delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where applicable.
  • Customers must keep their phone active for smooth delivery coordination.
  • Tracking details are shared after dispatch.
  • Failed deliveries are retried according to courier policy.
  • Our support team is available to assist with delivery-related concerns.
