Refund Policy

At Sana Safinaz Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a general policy, refunds are not offered once an order has been successfully processed. However, refunds may be approved under specific circumstances outlined below. All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Eligible Refund Cases

• A duplicate or mistaken payment has been successfully received.

• The order is cancelled by Sana Safinaz Bangladesh due to operational reasons or product quality control (QC) concerns identified before dispatch.

• A defective, damaged, or incorrect item is delivered and a replacement item is not available.

• The customer requests order cancellation before dispatch and the cancellation request is approved by Sana Safinaz Bangladesh.

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

• Refunds are not applicable once an order has been shipped or delivered.

• Refunds are not applicable for exchange requests due to size, color, design, or personal preference.

• Refunds are not applicable for discounted, promotional, campaign, clearance, or sale items.

• Refunds are not applicable for stitched or customized products.

• Refunds are not applicable for used, washed, altered, or damaged products.

• Refunds are not applicable for products returned without original tags, labels, packaging, or invoice.

• Refunds are not applicable when a requested size, color, or design is unavailable. In such cases, customers may choose an alternative item of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Refunds for card payments processed through SSLCommerz may take approximately 7–10 working days.

• Refunds for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved payment methods may take approximately 10–15 working days.

• Processing timelines may vary depending on the policies of the customer’s bank or payment service provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Any courier charges incurred during return or exchange processing are non-refundable.

Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed individually by Sana Safinaz Bangladesh. Refund eligibility will be determined based on order records, product condition, supporting evidence, and compliance with the company’s policies. Sana Safinaz Bangladesh reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
